Mr. Kim Salkeld
Land Registrar

Before
recently taking up his present post as Land Registrar, Mr.
Salkeldwas the Deputy Secretary responsible for environmental policy in the
Enviromnent and Food Bureau of the Hong Kong Government.
He has worked for the Hong Kong Government since 1980. During the
1980’s and early 1990’s he worked mostly in local administration, including
four years as District Officer for the outlying islands. In 1993 he was posted to
the Governor’s private office, and has since worked in the Central Policy Unit
and the Financial Secretary’s office before taking up his environmental posting
in 1998.
