Mr. Harry Gilbert

Wallem Group Ltd.

Hairy Gilbert is the Managing Director of the Wallem Group of
Companies, a post which he has held since 1994. He has been in shipping all his
working life having spent 17 years at sea as a Marine Engineer before coming
ashore in 1981. He is the past President of the International Shipmanagers
Association and sits on the Board of International Transport Intermediaries Club
Ltd and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Shipowners
Association.
