Mr. Tim Huxley

He is presently Managing Director of Clarkson Asia Limited, a role which
he combined, until recently, with that of Managing Director, Business
Development, for Univan Shipmanagement Limited.
Mr. Huxley is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
