The Panel, made up of two teams of two, will debate ‘Is Criminalisation of seafarers unjust?’
Each panellist will present a 10 minute speech, and the moderator will then administer the debate with questions from the floor.
The event will conclude with a show of hands as to which side of the house has made the most valid argument, to agree with the statement or not.
This event is part of 2018 Hong Kong Maritime Week.
